What Episode Does Vegeta And Bulma Kiss?

A debate

Activity NEW YORK .- When you go to a prestigious East Coast university, the classes are finished and it's a cold December night, seem to give a uncontrollable desire to leave to run naked. This at least is what has been happening for several decades at Tufts University in Massachusetts, when school students run naked in a frigid night.

The tradition began when a group of male students wanted to make women feel uncomfortable when they were admitted for the first time in the dormitories of the institution. But over time, girls were incorporated into the "naked run" or run naked and it ended up being, as its participants, bonding time and fun.

However, the president of Tufts just banned the race to the end of the year. And far from being considered a minor issue created a national debate on education that deserve editorial in The New York Times and The Boston Globe.

So "if you can not beat them, join, what he did was institutionalize: Salt was thrown on the snow and insisted on the use of slippers, called the police and health authorities. The result was that participants increased. In the last run was drunk student problems and incidents at the hospital where they were treated.

American newspapers supported the decision to ban bullfighting. But then jumped voices saying that in reality, the president tried to cover up their inefficiency in academic and administrative issues.

The debate then started to be more general: Should we take all student activities and remove any potential risk or is this a textbook example of the trend in education than behaving like a nursery to young adults who can vote and go to war --- and making things worse by meddling? While the education establishment discusses the response, a number of Tufts students protested what could be a good compromise: a semi-naked trot, mineral water and the warmth of spring.
